Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing grass clippings.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Assist with planting, weeding, mulching, and maintaining flower beds and garden areas.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operate equipment with care, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Assist with fertilization, irrigation, and pest control as directed by the team leader.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain excellent customer service by being polite, respectful, and professional while on job sites.
• Follow directions and perform tasks efficiently to meet project timelines.
• Help load and unload equipment and materials.
• Perform general yard clean-up, including leaf removal and debris disposal.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required, though any lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor work experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of lawn care tools and equipment is beneficial but not required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Positive attitude and strong desire to provide excellent service.
