No one showed up to provide lawn care service on my scheduled day, why?
We will always strive to service your lawn on the scheduled day, but there are
a few reasons why we might not show up.
Here are a few reasons:
- The weather conditions or the ground saturation may be to excessive to provide services that day.
- We may have gotten behind schedule. Dont worry we will get to you.
- There may be an emergency.

Do I need to pick up anything from the yard before On The Go! arrives?
In most cases it is not neccessary, but keep in mind that On The Go! will not move anything. So, if you have something in your yard covering or blocking us from cutting We will cut around it. ** If you have small things like dog toys its recommended that you pick them up.
